15 large eggs, hard boiled
2 TBS Mayo
1 TBS Dijon
2 TBS Capers
1 TBS dill chopped and some for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks and place into a bowl.
- Mash yolks with a fork and add mayo, dijon, capers and dill.
- Combine until smooth.
- Fill eggs with mixture.
- Garnish with remaining dill sprigs.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
