❑ 3 Tbs Oil (we recommend coconut oil; you can also use jojoba, avocado, castor, sesame or olive oil)

❑ 3 drops essential oil (we recommend rosemary, tea tree, or peppermint)

❑ Adjust amounts based on length and thickness of hair.

❑ Mix oils in a bowl or mug. Place in a double boiler and warm over low heat for 5 – 10 minutes.

❑ Dampen hair, then apply oil using your fingers to massage into roots through to the ends.

❑ Wrap your hair in a hot towel (warmed in the dryer) and let it sit for 15 – 20 minutes.

❑ Wash and rinse thoroughly.
