Recipe: Charleston Grill Deviled Eggs

Makes 30


15 large eggs, hard boiled
2 TBS Mayo
1 TBS Dijon
2 TBS Capers
1 TBS dill chopped and some for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste


  • Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks and place into a bowl.
  • Mash yolks with a fork and add mayo, dijon, capers and dill.
  • Combine until smooth.
  • Fill eggs with mixture.
  • Garnish with remaining dill sprigs.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
